By accessing and using Chitthiwale's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Chitthiwale provides a platform for:

  • Document printing services
  • Electronic signature (eSign) integration
  • Speed Post delivery through India Post
  • Order tracking and management

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Upload only documents you have the legal right to send
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for illegal or prohibited purposes

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or send documents that contain:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Copyrighted material without permission
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial content

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is required before order processing. We accept payments through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

  • Printing costs (per page)
  • Packaging & Handling fees
  • Speed Post delivery charges (via India Post)
  • Government Taxes (GST) where applicable

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled only before they move to "Ready for Print" status. Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days for eligible cancellations.

7. Delivery

We use India Post Speed Post for all deliveries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and postal service conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by India Post or incorrect addresses provided by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chitthiwale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
